This study examined the relationship between artificial intelligence and big data in business transformation with the focus on NAAVAH Gate, Abakaliki. The study was anchored on the resource-based view theory and change management theory. The research design adopted was descriptive and it was a quantitative study. The population of the study was drawn purposively which was sixty-four (64) employees of the company under study. The research instrument used was close-ended questionnaire. The data were analyzed using tables, figures and graphics while the hypotheses were analyzed using Pearson correlation technique with the aid of "SPSS" version 23. The result of the analyses of the hypotheses revealed the finding that there is a significant relationship between artificial intelligence and business transformation. The specific findings indicate that: There is significant relationship between artificial intelligence and internal transformation. There is significant relationship between artificial intelligence and external transformation. From the findings, it is therefore recommended that: Management should adopt the usage of AI powered tools to monitor the organization’s process and activities by way of utilizing technologies in order to enhance its internal transformation. There should be utilization of AI by management in obtaining data and coordinating it in order to ensure effective utilization and maximization of external factors such as customers, economic factors, government, etc. Management decisions should be guided by sufficient data and knowledge in order to ensure positive internal transformation. Management should emphasize on gathering big data by making use of relevant tools in order to ensure information relevant to the organization is always handy so as to be able to compete favorably.
